Seaspray Hotel

Sea kayaking Beach AccomodationsThe first established hotel in the village of Placencia. Relax and enjoy the comforts of one of our 20 rooms or our beach front cabana (with fully equipped kitchenette), located right on the beach.

 A great place to feel the soft gentle breeze of the Caribbean Ocean 30 feet away. Lay on the warm sandy beaches, go for a swim in the crystal blue waters, relax in one of our seaside beach chairs or in one of our swaying hammocks under the shade of a graceful coconut tree.

Both casual and exotic accommodations can be found along the beach

 

Black Rock Lodge

Enjoy the Best in BelizeA comfortable eco resort resting at the edge of civilization. All cabanas have excellent views of Black Rock Canyon, cliffs, the Macal River, and surrounding jungle and mountains!
 
 Deluxe Cabanas are the largest and most nicely appointed of all the cabanas. With a spacious interior, two queen size beds, a hardwood writing desk, fan, and a large clean bathroom complete with hardwood cabinetry, Deluxe Cabanas are comfortable, romantic, private, and as luxurious as it gets in the jungles of Belize!

Private Bath Cabanas are similar to Deluxe Cabanas in that they have an indoor flush toilet and hot shower. They have a queen size bed and a double bed. Private Bath Cabanas, like Deluxe Cabanas, are comfortable and private.
 
 Shared Bath Cabanas are actually private but are more basic and rustic than Private Bath Cabanas. A family or couple staying in one Shared Bath Cabana does not share the room, shower, or toilet with any other guests. Shared Bath Cabanas are called such for two reasons: (1) instead of a flush toilet guests use an eco-outhouse toilet and (2) it's a short walk (about 60 yards) to the shower (solar heated water).

Sleep in comfort on orthopedic queen-size beds, screened rooms with ceiling fans, private baths, verandah vista of Antelope Falls and take power naps in shaded hammocks.

Adventure Tours

Situated alongside the beautiful Mopan River, on a family ranch, this resort provides guests with a peaceful stay in a natural setting.

The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable, and the friendly hospitality will make you feel right at home. All rooms have a private bath and electricity.

 

Community Baboon Sanctuary

Within an area of approximately 20 square miles, straddling the mighty Belize River, the Community Baboon Sanctuary combines dense jungle with farmland, pasture, and small village life. You will no doubt sight numerous birds here, as well as the monkeys and other wildlife.

They have a collection of cabins close to the river's edge, that offer basic comfort.

 

Manatee Lodge

Private hot and water showers, 24 hour electricity and screening are in every spacious room; each with its own theme brought to life with whimsical murals painted by our own distinguished artist, Ms. Kaaren Shrine. Your room is tastefully decorated and situated to catch the near cross water breeze. Pillows are soft and comfy. Beds are extra long. The breeze sounds like soft rain rustling palms outside.
