Here in the alluring turquoise waters, you can enjoy snorkelling amongst the lively fish and vivid colours of some of the best preserved hard and soft coral alive. After your first night surrounded by the provocative Calypso beat and laughter of the local Creole population, you will be relaxed and ready to enjoy more paddling, beaches, rainforest, protected waters and delicious seafood prepared by our guides.

If it is a more aboriginal experience that you are after, come to the San Blas archipelago also on the Caribbean Sea. These islands are home to the most fiercely independent indigenous peoples of the Americas, the Kuna. The Kuna know their islands as Kuna Yala ( the land of the Kuna) and have maintained their own self government. A kayaking trip in these islands combines beautiful island scenery and the opportunity to observe a living Indian culture. The coral here is stunning and the beaches are pure white dotted with palm trees and the thatch roofs of the Kuna villages. The people make their living selling coconuts and their age old handicrafts. Finally, if heart pumping adventure is what you want come to the Chiriqui highlands near the Costa Rican border. Here you can jump into one of our whitewater rafts to take you down the world class Chiriqui Viejo river. This waterway is unmatched for its beauty, exciting rapids, great birding opportunities and pure fun and adventure. Our guides are well trained, safety oriented and great people to travel with!
